Sleep Workshops

  • Learn about sleep disturbances and strategies to support your child's sleep.

    The Sleep Wise Program© provides parents with information about sleep and practical strategies for managing their child’s sleep disturbances.

  • Taking place across three workshops, these sessions present information about sleep and provide strategies for parents whose children may be:

    • Taking more than 30 minutes to settle at night to sleep
    • Waking too early
    • Waking once or several times a night
    • Having difficulty resettling to sleep when they wake
    • Not getting enough sleep.

    Parents will be supported to develop a sleep plan in the workshop. These workshops are completed with other families with the opportunity to share your sleep stories and benefit from mutual support. Follow-up occupational therapy sessions can be provided at home if required.
